The Perfect Blend - Wine Blending Experience

This is an engaging experience for wine lovers, curious beginners and anyone looking to try something a little different. 

Step beyond the traditional wine tasting and immerse yourself in the craft of blending, where you'll explore the individual characteristics of selected red wine varietals and learn how each contributes to the structure, aroma, flavour and personality of a finished wine.

Guided by our knowledgeable Cellar Door team, you'll taste a selection of red varietals individually before getting hands-on with the blending process. Experiment with different proportions, refine your blend and discover how even subtle changes can transform the character of the wine. Whether you prefer a bold and structured blend, something fruit-forward and vibrant or a beautifully balanced combination, the final creation is entirely up to you.

As you blend, you'll gain an insight into the decisions winemakers make and the skill involved in creating harmony between varieties. It's a chance to put your palate to the test, trust your senses and uncover your inner winemaker. Once you've perfected your blend, bottle and take home your own creation, along with your own label to enjoy, share and remember your Mandoon Experience. 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. As alcohol is served all guests must be over the age of 18 years. Please note that while bookings of 1 pax will be considered, this experience will require a minimum of 2 pax to run. No cancellation fees charged if more than 24 hours' notice is given, within 24 hours 100% of the experience price will be charged. Guests should call 48 hours prior to arrival to re-confirm their experience.
