Set in our Underground Cellar you'll get the chance to explore each varietal and their characteristics, winemaking style and the influence of time in some of these aged styles particularly through the comparison of current and museum Shiraz. Each wine is accompanied with a selection of carefully chosen cheeses, designed to complement and enhance the unique qualities of each pour.
